Option 2: Contact the UA University Information Technology Services (UA IT) via Chat for the fastest response. Start a chat session here: https://support.arizona.edu/
If IT is unable to help via chat they will provide you with a phone number in order to resolve the issue.
How do I get a NetID
Option 3: If this is an original request for a NetID, the paperwork originates in the UA academic program with which you are associated. The library has no role in establishing faculty status.
**Residents outside of Tucson are not issued a Cat Card (ID Card). If you do not have a Cat Card but would like a NetID, residents may contact Graduate Medical Education at BUMCP.
