Banner Health FAQs

Krames is the preferred patient education for Banner Health.  

The method for accessing Patient Education should be from within Cerner which will automatically record education documents you have given to patients.

If you use Krames outside of Cerner or another resource, like Lippincott, you must manually document the title of the education material and the date it was published in the patient’s electronic health record.
