**Former employees can either call the MyHR Resource Center at 602-747-6947 or email HRTransactionSupport@bannerhealth.com requesting a copy of their W2 mailed or emailed. They will need to provide 2 of the 3 identifier’s; Lawson/Employee number, DOB, or last 4 of their social.
Specific Information for 2025...
W2s will be mailed to previous employees. If you need to update your mailing address, you have until January 10th at 2pm. Send an email with the to HRtransactionsupport@bannerhealth.com - Include their name (last name at the time they left Banner) , last 4 of social and birth date.
After the 10th, you will need to reach out to MyHR starting on or around February 12th to have a case opened and a reissued copy sent to them. This February date allows the W2 to be mailed to them and if they have an open forwarding with the Post office.
The number for those to call after February 12th is 602-747-6947 - they can select either option 1 for HR or 2 for payroll - either area will submit a case on your behalf.
