Contact the UofA IT Chat

Option 1: Contact the U of A's University Information Technology Services (UA IT) via Chat for the fastest response.  Start a chat session here: https://support.arizona.edu/

If IT is unable to help via chat they will provide you with a phone number in order resolve the issue. 

Option 2: If this is an original request for a NetID, the paperwork originates in the UofA academic program with which you are associated. The library has no role in establishing faculty status.  

Option 3: Reset your Net ID password https://netid-portal.iam.arizona.edu/

**Residents outside of Tucson are not issued a Cat Card (ID Card).  If you do not have a Cat Card but would like a Net ID, residents may contact Graduate Medical Education at BUMCP.
