I cannot log into OpenAthens
Why does my Banner Health email address and password not work in OpenAthens?
Answer
If you see this screen, there are two options.
One for individuals with a Banner Health email and one for those without.
- If you do not have a Banner Health email you will sign in with your OpenAthens account
- If you have a Banner Health email you MUST use the "Find your institution" option. Once you have selected Banner Health, you will be redirected to the Banner Health login. You will need to use the Microsoft authenticator.
